Parliament Of India is inviting application for the post of Parliamentary Interpreter in New Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria: Master’s degree in Hindi with English language upto degree level OR Master’s degree in English with Hindi language upto degree level. Desirable: Experience in translation or interpretation work.
Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500 PM
Post : Parliamentary Interpreter
Procedure to apply: Candidates are required to apply in typewritten form for the above posts in the format of application given hereunder.
Candidates in Government service should intimate their office in writing and send their applications direct to this Secretariat. They will however have to produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their parent office when demanded.
Candidates are advised not to enclose copies of certificates alongwith the application.
Candidates desirous of applying for more than one post should submit separate application form for each post.
Applications which are illegible, not conforming with the prescribed application format and the instructions given herein or received after the last date will be summarily rejected.
Applicants should affix two recently taken passport size photographs, one on the application form and another on the attendance sheet.
Canvassing in any manner would lead to summary rejection of application and candidature at any stage.
For candidates staying abroad and for those posting applications from Andaman & Nicobar/ Lakshadweep and Minicoy Islands/Assam/ Meghalaya/Arunachal Pradesh/Nagaland/Mizoram/Manipur/Tripura/ Sikkim/Ladakh Division of J&K State, Lahaul and Spiti districts and Pangi Sub-division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, the last date for receipt of application will be 14 days after the last date specified for others.
Candidates should send their application in an envelope superscribing clearly the details of the post applied for on the cover of the envelope.
